Overview of this Privacy Policy

Mission3-D does not sell, rent, or lease your information to other parties for their marketing purposes. Mission3-D does not provide your personal information to other parties, unless such disclosure is necessary in order to perform the services you request from our web site(s) or online store [site], to aid legal or government investigations, or if the company itself is sold.
As a visitor to our site you are not required to reveal any personal information. This site does collect readily available information about a visitor’s use of the site. How is the information used?

We do not sell, rent or lease any of your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Removal of your Information

Users may have their information removed from the active records stored by the site by deactivating or canceling their account with the site by sending a message to privacy@LebanonInPhoto3-D.com. Data will be removed as soon a reasonably possible, typically within thirty days (30), and may persist in backup records for an unspecified duration. Some information may be retained in order to complete transactions, collect fees owed if any, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, and comply with legal requirements as is permitted by law. Therefore, all of your personal information will not be completely removed from our databases, however, such information will only be available to select personal employed or contracted by the site.

Security

Your information is stored on servers run by Mission3-D, LLC or it’s contractors and such servers are located within the United States. We utilize Firewalls, Secure Socket Layers and encryption techniques to safeguard your information against loss, theft or unauthorized access. Procedures are also in place to provide security and protect against unauthorized access, however, you should be aware that security is limited due to the inherent nature of the public Internet.

Restrictions

You may not use the email services provided by the site to send Spam (unsolicited commercial email messages) or otherwise send content that would violate any applicable laws. Email messages, file attachments, and recipient addresses may be stored by the system in order to perform the transmission service, and will be stored by the system when the User elects to save them. We do not use any email addresses you provide to the site for any purpose other than to send your email. We do not sell, rent, lease or otherwise provide these email addresses to third parties.

This site is intended for use by adults. Mission3-D does not knowingly solicit personal information from children or send them requests for personal information. We recommend parents take an active role in their children’s use of the Internet, and be responsible for their personal information while using the Internet. If you are a child or are under the age of majority in your state, you should not submit any personal information to the site without the permission or direct supervision of your parents or guardian.

This site may contain links to other sites. Mission3-D does not share your personal information with those other sites and is not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to learn about the privacy policies of those companies.

If we are going to use your personal information differently from that stated in this Policy or at the time of collection, we will attempt to contact you via email using the most recent information you have provided to us. If we do not have permission to communicate with you, you will not be contacted, nor will we use your personal information in any new manner.
