Mission3D, Mission3-D, Photo3D, Photo3-D, Photo3-D Mixer, RC Glasses and 3-D Greetings are trademarks of Mission3-D LLC.

Limited Warranty

Mission3-D LLC warrents to the original customer that new Mission3-D hardware products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use, for one (1) year from the original purchase date.

Mission3-D LLC warrants to the original customer that the Photo3-D Mixer software, and any other Photo3-D or Mission3-D branded software, will perform in substantial conformance to the program specifications for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase or one hundred and eighty days (180) from the date of original purchase if purchased in any European Union country. Mission3-D warrants the media containing the software against failure during the warranty period. Mission3-D makes no warranty or representation that the operation of the software products will be uninterrupted or error free, or that all defects in the software products will be corrected.

This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation, or any other cause beyond the range of intended use; damage caused by accident, fire, power changes, other hazards, or acts of God.

Should a covered defect occur during the warranty period and you notify Mission3-D LLC, your sole and exclusive remedy shall be, at Mission3-D’s sole option and expense, to repair or replace the product or software. If Mission3-D cannot reasonably repair nor replace then Mission3-D may, in its sole discretion, refund the purchase price paid for the product. Replacement products or parts ay be new or reconditioned or comparable versions of the defective item. Mission3-D warrants any replaced or repaired product, part or software for a period of ninety (90) days from shipment, or through the end of the original warranty, whichever is longer.

To obtain warranty service, customer must contact a Mission3-D technical support or customer service representative within the applicable warranty period to obtain warranty service authorization at support@LebanonInPhoto3-D.com. Dated proof of original purchase will be required. Product returns shipped by customer to Mission3-D must be sent postage-paid and packaged safely for shipment. Mission3-D is not responsible for customer products received without warranty service authorization, and may be rejected. All returns become property of Mission3-D.

THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INClUDING WARRANTIeS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, CORRESPOINDENCE WITH DESCRIPTION, AND NONINFRINGEMENT, ALL OF WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

MISSION3-D LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, LOSS OF INFORMATION OR DATA, OR OTHER FINANCIAL LOSS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OR USE OF THIS PRODUCT, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER THEORY, EVEN IF MISSION3-D HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. MISSION3-D’S ENTIRE LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO REPLACEMENT, REPAIR, OR REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID, AT MISSION3-D’S OPTION.

This limited warrenty shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, and by the laws of the United States.
